We are in search of a QA Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the oversight of quality assurance processes for our innovative XR products. You will be responsible for a small team of QA testers and will work to define and implement test strategies, improvements to automation, and overall product stability and performance. Your expertise in both team leadership and in QA practices will help us maintain our high standards of quality in live environments.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Work with QA testers and engineers to design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for an XR product and for backend services.
  • Help to implement and manage an automated testing framework to enhance internal QA processes.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, internal stakeholders, and clients to identify issues and areas of improvement.
  • Help to facilitate adherence to quality standards across the QA and engineering team.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating QA documentation and reporting metrics on testing progress.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering and software testing, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality products.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of QA engineers.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices in Quality Assurance.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience with performance, load, and stress testing tools.
  • Understanding of API testing and service-oriented architectures (REST, gRPC).
  • Familiarity with XR/AR/VR technologies or other immersive platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and related issue tracking software (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
