Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries about smart home products and services.
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical support to enhance their smart home experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, recording inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues and ensure swift solutions for customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest smart home technologies and product features to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Engage with customers proactively to build relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, especially in technology or smart home industries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A strong interest in smart home technology and a willingness to learn about new products and features.
