About the Job :

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant plays a key role in the installation, configuration, and customization of Privileged Access Management software to deliver a solution that will meet the customer's business requirements. This position involves working in customer environments in collaboration with customer personnel and other members ofthe Cyderes PAMteam. The candidate requires hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Solution and other PAM solutions

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their Privileged Access Management expertise with the customer, acting as a trusted advisor for PAM-related topics. As such, excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must. The candidate must also be capable of shifting smoothly between roles as a technical lead to a solution implementation specialist as required. This role frequently involves investigating and resolving challenging technical problems, so demonstrated troubleshooting skills are required, along with effective organization skills, the ability to multi-task, and efficient time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Delinea PAM solutions (e.g., Secret Server, Privilege Manager)
  • Design and build custom connectors or plugins to integrate Delinea with third-party systems (e.g., ticketing systems, cloud platforms).
  • Troubleshoot and debug application-level issues related to Delinea PAM integration.
  • Stay up to date with Delinea's latest APIs, SDK updates, and security features for integration and development enhancements.
  • Contribute to the technical design and documentation of Delinea-based development solutions
  • Design, implement, and support CyberArk PAM solutions, both on-prem and in Privilege Cloud (pCloud) environments (preferred)
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships
  • Serve as the conduit for communications to and from the customer and Cyderes’s implementation services, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Receive and appropriately resolve and communicate customer issues and escalations
  • Provide support in pre-sales activities including product demonstration
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure PAM program success and alignment with security goals.
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Security with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and managing Delinea cloud & On-Premises
  • Experience with deploying core Delinea component, perform privileged account discovery, analysis, and onboarding
  • Integrate Delinea with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and enterprise applications.
  • Privilege accounts onboarding, Manage upgrades, patches, and periodic health checks.
  • Develop technical documentation including solution designs, implementation guides, SOPs, and KB articles.
  • Experience with integration of Delinea with enterprise systems and applications including ticketing systems and SIEM integration.
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and their integration with Delinea.
  • Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
  • Delinea Associate Level (Must have)
  • Good to have

  • Experience with CyberArk deployment (Added Advantage)
  • CyberArk Certified CPC or CDE
  • Delinea Engineer Level (Good to have)
