The Opportunity:We’re looking for a bold and strategic Talent Content Strategist to join our growing team at the intersection of influencer marketing, digital content, and creator growth. This role is built for someone who understands the social media landscape inside out: not just how to post, but how to scale.You’ll work closely with our Team Manager, Talent Development, supporting a dedicated roster of talent and their teams to unlock brand potential, grow platforms, and drive meaningful, lasting results. Serving as an instrumental player in our Talent Services department, you'll act as a trusted consultant: delivering content strategy guidance that elevates both individual creators and the agency’s broader vision.
