Your role at Hostinger

As a Data Analyst in Hostinger's AI team, you will be at the heart of our innovation, turning vast datasets into actionable intelligence. You'll be the storyteller behind the data, providing the critical insights that guide the development and improvement of our AI models. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design and implementation of cutting-edge products used every day by our clients.

Your day-to-day

Elevate our AI assistant Kodee and product Horizons through in-depth data analysis and actionable insights.

Uncover user intentions across all our products, translating them into meaningful insights that drive product improvements and enhance our AI solutions.

Analyze the performance of our AI/ML models and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with product teams to uncover key improvement areas and drive impactful changes based on data.

Design and conduct experiments (like A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of AI-driven features.

Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and their practical applications for data analysis, shaping the future of web solutions at Hostinger.

Your skills and experience

Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including an interest in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with RESTful APIs.

Strong Python skills for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, LightGBM).

The ability to distill complex concepts and present clear insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with unwavering attention to detail.

Fluency in Lithuanian and English, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Gross salary from 3,000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills.
