We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Impact team (EMEA) in London, advising global clients on strategies and programmes that drive positive environmental and social change — and enhance reputation with stakeholders ranging from investors to consumers.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, providing proactive counsel on strategy, messaging and reputation management
  • Lead on message development and media relations, particularly in the sustainability and ESG space
  • Manage cross-functional campaign development — from research and planning to delivery
  • Oversee content creation including press releases, social copy, and thought leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure the highest standard of client deliverables
  • Collaborate across Edelman’s Brand, Corporate, and Strategy teams on integrated work
  • Contribute to new business efforts with research, materials, and pitch support
  • What We're Looking For

  • Experience in communications, public relations, or journalism with a focus on social or environmental impact
  • Strong media handling skills and confidence engaging directly with journalists
  • A strategic mindset and passion for purpose-led work
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, lead teams, and support junior development
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Interest in current affairs, ESG, and reputation management
