We are looking for anAtlassian Administrator with Jira Assets expertise to ensure efficient IT asset management, including SaaS, software, hardware, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for Jira and Confluence.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve user issues.
  • Atlassian Solutions Implementation: Gather requirements, analyze impact, and implement solutions.
  • Jira Administration: Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects with custom settings. User Requests Handling: Manage and resolve Atlassian-related requests per internal policies.
  • Documentation & Compliance:Maintain internal documentation and ensure system compliance with security policies.
  • Upgrades & Integrations: Plan and execute upgrades, bug fixes, migrations, and integrations.
  • System Audits & Backups: Conduct audits and manage backup/archiving for Jira and Confluence.
  • Custom Reports & Dashboards: Create tailored reports and dashboards.
  • Jira Assets Management: Implement and maintain Jira Assets for SaaS, software, hardware, cloud services, etc.Configure asset schemas and automate asset lifecycle management. Integrate Jira Assets with IT and business systems.
  • Requirements

  • Proficiency in Atlassian administration (min 3 years of experience), from product to organization level, including user management, project configuration, and plugin management
  • Expert knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem strucuture and the dependencies between its various elements
  • Experience in implementing Jira Service Management solutions Jira Assets experience (implementation and support)
  • Expertise in Automation for Jira
  • Strong understanding of SLA, planning and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, plus confident spoken and written English.
  • Nice to have

  • Atlassian certifications
  • Familiarity with ITIL
  • Experience in asset management using JSM Assets
  • Experience with ScriptRunner plugin
  • Experience with the Cloud version of Atlassian products
