CoverMyMeds is transforming healthcare, and as a Senior UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping human-centered solutions that help patients access the medications they need. What You’ll Do As part of our UX team, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to understand user behavior and improve product experiences. You’ll work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with opportunities to lead, learn, and mentor. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and Customer Success to identify and act on user experience opportunities. Lead design efforts within a product squad, contributing to discovery, ideation, and delivery. Apply a range of UX methods: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, visual and interaction design, and user research (moderated/unmoderated). Define scalable design strategies aligned with long-term product vision. Facilitate ideation workshops and contribute to hypothesis-driven experiments. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions. Present design work and insights to build stakeholder alignment and user empathy. Provide constructive design feedback and help elevate design quality across the team. Champion UX best practices and contribute to a growing design culture. Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working. We are unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future for this position. Minimum Job Qualifications: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience Critical Skills & Experience: 7+ years of UX design experience focused on digital products. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Deep understanding of UX processes and research methods beyond usability testing. Proven ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Comfortable giving and receiving design feedback. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate and advocate for design quality. Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments. Preferred Skills: Expertise in Figma. Familiarity with tools like UserTesting and UserInterviews. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience mentoring others and advocating for UX within an organization. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
