Generative AI Photo / Video Designer (Graphics Desginer)

For Indian, Pakistani candidates only This role will be at the forefront of exploring and implementing cutting-edge generative AI tools and workflows to create compelling video content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in traditional design and video editing principles, coupled with a passion for experimenting with and mastering emerging AI technologies. You will be responsible for leveraging AI platforms to generate video assets, which will then be refined and integrated using traditional design software to produce high-quality, engaging video content. Responsibilities: Generative AI Video Creation: Utilize generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT (for scripting and ideation), Gemini (for visual inspiration and research), Kling AI, RunwayML, and similar tools to generate video concepts, storyboards, visual elements, and initial video sequences. Experiment with various AI prompts, parameters, and techniques to achieve desired aesthetic styles and narratives. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and capabilities of generative AI video technologies. Traditional Video Editing & Compositing: Refine and enhance AI-generated video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Perform video editing tasks including trimming, sequencing, adding transitions, incorporating graphics, text overlays, and sound design. Composite AI-generated visuals with traditional footage, graphics, and other assets to create cohesive and polished final videos. Blending AI and Traditional Workflows: Develop and optimize hybrid workflows that seamlessly integrate generative AI processes with traditional design and editing techniques. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for rapid prototyping, concept exploration, and efficient content creation. Troubleshoot and problem-solve challenges arising from the integration of AI and traditional methods. Creative Conceptualization & Storytelling: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project briefs and objectives. Contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of video projects, exploring how AI can enhance storytelling and visual impact. Ensure that all video content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the intended message. Experimentation & Learning: Continuously explore new generative AI tools, techniques, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the team regarding the potential and limitations of AI in video production. Proactively identify and test innovative applications of AI within our video content creation process. Qualifications: Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics using software such as Adobe After Effects. Strong understanding of visual design principles, composition, typography, and color theory. Demonstrated eagerness and aptitude for learning and experimenting with new technologies, particularly generative AI platforms. Excellent creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing video editing skills and demonstrating an interest or experience in AI-generated visuals (even if personal projects). Desired Skills: Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of various generative AI video platforms (ChatGPT for scripting, Gemini for visuals, Kling AI, RunwayML, etc.). Basic understanding of AI concepts and prompting techniques. Experience integrating AI-generated assets into traditional video editing workflows. Knowledge of scripting and storyboarding for video. Understanding of video codecs and optimization for various platforms.
