We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our technical product management team. In this role, you will contribute to designing and building innovative SaaS products.

ZenTrades' founding team comprises young engineers from top-tier universities such as UW Madison, and UC Berkeley alumni with solid domain knowledge having built top-notch products and implemented them at Fortune 500 companies. 

The team is headquartered in Seattle, US, and has its office in Pune, MH. With its robust CRM+ERP platform featuring a modular software architecture and integrated Generative AI capabilities, ZenTrades delivers a trade-specific operating system that caters to the unique needs of each trade. ZenTrades empowers tradesmen with an AI assistant, LISA (co-pilot), to enhance their sales and service capabilities using Generative AI. 

About the position

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our technical product management team and lead the strategic roadmap for our SaaS product line. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and has a strong foundation in both technical and business aspects of product management and development. This pivotal role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams in design, architecture, engineering, quality, and testing. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to define the product vision, oversee the entire product lifecycle, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success. We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of GTM strategies, to lead the product roadmap, thereby leading to the scalability and reliability of the product. 

Role and responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founder and leadership team to define the product vision and future scope in the market

  • Own the product roadmap, from ideation to launch, and manage the entire product lifecycle

  • Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including pricing, positioning, and customer engagement plans

  • Drive product growth by aligning with internal goals on costs and efficiency while maximizing revenue

  • Analyze product performance metrics (revenue, profitability, market share) and take corrective actions when needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to ensure successful product rollouts and scalability

  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure the product delivers maximum value and addresses pain points

  • Lead discussions with the founder and leadership team on the product’s strategic direction

Skills/Experience

  • 4-5 years in a product management role at a SaaS company, with an additional 2-3 years of founding or leadership experience preferred

  • Experience in developing and articulating a clear vision for AI-driven product(s), leveraging Generative AI technologies

  • Proven success in managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations

  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation using tools

  • Strong UX/UI understanding and the ability to collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, seamless user experiences

  • Experience in defining pricing strategies, considering factors such as cost structures, market demand, competitor pricing, and value proposition

  • Passion for problem-solving, outside-of-the-box thinking, and root cause analysis

  • Ability to bring teams together for a common purpose and communicate an idea(s) across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and product strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
