About the role: Our Urology Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) team is seeking a talented and driven candidate to help lead the future of real-world evidence generation for innovative urology therapies. In this exciting role, you will design and execute impactful research using large healthcare datasets and advanced analytics platforms, uncover meaningful insights, and translate them into high-quality scientific publications. You will work closely with strategic stakeholders and global HEMA leaders to inform access and policy decisions through rigorous scientific research and co-author studies with leading clinicians in the field of urology. This role is central to improving patient outcomes and shaping the value narrative of cutting-edge medical technologies. Work Mode This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Independently execute or lead collaboration with the HEMA Analytic and/or Corporate health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) teams on research projects approved by the Associate HEMA Director, based on business needs identified by the Global Strategic HEMA Leads. Identify and assess the feasibility of innovative HEMA research ideas, including novel data sources, study designs, and tool development opportunities that address unmet business needs across franchises.
