We are seeking a results-oriented SEO Managerwho has experience with licenses and regulated markets and works with brands directly.

We are looking for SEO Managers who are either native speakers or have professional experience in one of the following markets: Denmark, Sweden, Mexico, Spain, or Romania.

Location: Warsaw, Belgrade, Copenhagen, Limassol, Valencia, Sofia, - onsite. Sweden - remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Continuously refine approaches based on performance insights, competitor analysis, and market trends.
• Oversee technical SEO elements, including Single Page Application (SPA) challenges, rendering solutions, and site architecture.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of technical SEO best practices.
• Track and evaluate key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions, etc)
• Provide data-backed insights to drive ongoing improvements in organic performance.
• Develop comprehensive reports to keep stakeholders informed of SEO progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates, assessing their potential impact on our strategies.
• Drive innovation and experimentation to maintain competitive advantage in organic search.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record in technical SEO and data-driven strategy.
• 3+ years of iGaming experience with brands is a must.
• Deep understanding of SPA optimization, site architecture, and rendering solutions.
• Proficiency in resolving technical SEO issues to improve search engine visibility.
• Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
• Skilled in creating insight-focused reports for stakeholders.
• Capable of translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated success in driving and sustaining generic keyword rankings.
• Track record of elevating organic traffic through targeted SEO initiatives.
• Awareness of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
• Creative and results-oriented approach to tackling challenges.
• Ability to adapt and refine tactics.
