As a Remote Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a dynamic Sales Manager and Director team in the aviation maintenance and automotive industries.

Requirements

  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience using calendar and office management tools.
  • Executive or C-Level Assistant Experience: Proven experience coordinating calendars, databases, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales & Forecasting Insight: Background in supporting sales functions and stock forecasting.
  • Fleet & Asset Management: Hands-on experience managing vehicles and asset tracking systems.
  • Strong Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities with grace and efficiency.
  • A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is highly regarded.
