Ashby is seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to lead their Startup Sales team in North America. The role involves managing a team of account executives, hiring and onboarding new sales reps, and providing coaching and support to achieve sales excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of hiring and onboarding new sales reps
  • Ability to coach and develop sales reps
  • Strong mental model for sales excellence
  • Operational mindset and ability to identify bottlenecks
  • Experience with sales-led and product-led go-to-market motions
  • Ability to build or manage a BDR/SDR team
  • Experience selling platform applications to Talent and/or People leaders
