As the Engineering Manager for the Insights Delivery - Digital team, you will guide a group of skilled engineers and data analysts, shaping the technical strategy for digital data models and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that drive business value.

Role Summary

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the development and evolution of our digital data infrastructure and services. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to deliver robust, scalable, and secure data solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence both the business and technical strategy, driving innovation in how we collect, process, and leverage digital data.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead and manage multiple related teams focused on digital data engineering, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.

  • Define and track KPIs, roadmaps, and priorities for the digital data unit, aligning with business objectives.

  • Drive cross-team collaboration to align technical strategy, manage dependencies, and ensure shared prioritization of deliverables.

  • Enhance organizational vision and strategy to support company goals, with guidance from senior leadership.

  • Ensure teams have the tools, resources, and information needed to be successful and continuously improve.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building motivated teams that deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

  • Contribute to architecture, coding, test plans, project planning, deployment, and operations to ensure excellence in execution.

  • Promote continuous improvement by quantifying customer impact, eliminating waste, increasing productivity, and shortening feedback loops.

You Own This If You Have…

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in software or data engineering, with a focus on digital data solutions.

  • Exposure to digital data domains (e.g., web analytics, customer data platforms, data lakes, real-time streaming) is highly desired.

  • 2+ years of experience managing teams is a plus.

  • Proven track record of shipping well-designed, scalable systems for digital data, tested for performance and reliability.

  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is required.

  • Strong understanding of dev-ops best practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and production support.

  • Experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban.

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$166,000.00 - $258,000.00 AnnualThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
