Join our client's team to help pioneer the future of law enforcement training and technology. As a Police Supervisor- AI trainer, you'll be instrumental in simulating real-world leadership scenarios to guide AI models in better comprehending police coordination, ethical decision-making, and operational protocols. Your expertise will significantly influence the development of public safety and incident management solutions. Key Responsibilities:- Design and conduct realistic leadership scenarios reflective of first-line supervision in law enforcement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert law enforcement operations into clear, actionable workflows.- Assess and enhance AI training modules to ensure they align with current legal, ethical, and procedural standards.- Mentor AI systems by giving feedback on scenario responses encompassing coordination, ethics, and communication.- Document and report findings to aid in the ongoing improvement of public safety solutions.- Advocate for best practices in crisis management, use-of-force decisions, and team supervision.- Provide insights to enhance the realism and effectiveness of AI-driven incident management applications. Qualifications:- Proven experience as a first-line supervisor of police officers or detectives.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.- Extensive knowledge of law enforcement protocols, operational procedures, and ethical standards.- Capability to simulate and analyze complex scenarios related to personnel management and incident response.- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.- Comfortable working fully remotely and collaborating with diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in law enforcement training, developing curricula, or delivering scenario-based instruction.- Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies or public safety software solutions.- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
