OT Peer Mentor

Salary/Position Classification

• $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring services to Year 1 OTD students. - (Essential)
• Attend all weekly sessions of OT 599. - (Essential)
• Lead activities or topics and be available to assist incoming students with navigating content and/or technology. - (Essential)
• Develop content for activities and/or group discussions related to the weekly topic sessions; assist with social media as time allows.

Minimum Requirements

• Year 2 OTD student
• Demonstrated success in year 1 fall OTD coursework (earned a grade of 'B' or higher)
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a tutor or mentor
