You’ll provide key contributions to the business systems that Chartbeat relies on. Summary of the Role Revenue Operations at Chartbeat is a Salesforce-based systems-focused team reporting into our Finance department. The work we do supports and manages the tools and platforms used by all of Chartbeat’s revenue teams. As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll use your experience and knowledge to provide support to end-users and execution on cross-functional strategic projects in Salesforce and related systems. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams to ensure day-to-day Salesforce usability and data quality, including user support, bug resolution, training, and documentation.
  • Build and enhance business processes using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and other automation tools to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support and iterate on Salesforce CPQ configurations including bundles, pricing rules, etc, as needed to support quoting processes.
  • Configure and refine Conga Composer templates for Work Orders, contracts, and other documents. Ensure templates reflect current business needs for formatting, logic, and merge fields.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with third-party sales and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mixmax, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales
  • Navigator, Rattle, and others, ensuring data syncs reliably across platforms.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the GTM (Go-To-Market) systems landscape, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and documentation.
  • Assist in data stewardship and hygiene efforts using tools like Data Loader and Excel to execute bulk updates, analyze inconsistencies, and maintain field-level accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, ideally with SaaS companies
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce Lightning Experience, including the use of Flows, custom objects, permission sets, reports/dashboards, and page layouts.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configurations; able to support, maintain, and troubleshoot product bundles, pricing logic, and quote workflows.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification a strong plus.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining Conga Composer templates, including dynamic merge fields, conditional logic, and document formatting. Applicable certifications are a plus.
  • Strong excel skills, particularly VLOOKUPS or Index-Match, and experience presenting and interpreting data
  • Excellent problem-solving and oral communication and presentation skills.
