Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Integration Developer with expertise in Boomi to join our growing Data Services & Analytics team. In this role, you will design and build scalable integrations using the Boomi Platform, support data transformation activities, and contribute to the success of digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrations using the Boomi Platform to connect cloud and on-premise systems.
• Create Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents, clearly defining data transformations and field-level logic between source and destination systems.
• Participate in integration design sessions and provide technical input to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and integration use cases.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrations.
• Perform unit testing, error handling, and support troubleshooting of integration flows.

Required Skills

• Boomi Certification (Developer or higher) is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere including building integrations, process design, and error handling.
• Strong experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and documentation standards.
• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
• Experience working with databases (SQL), APIs, and flat file formats.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in documenting STMs and design considerations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with data migration projects, ETL processes, or MDM platforms.
• Experience in Salesforce, Workday, or ERP system integrations is a plus.
• Exposure to project delivery in Agile or Scrum environments.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $80,000- $130,000.
