Analytics specialist @ Gen

Responsibilities:Work with analysts, data scientists, and marketing teams to optimize spend and ads performance, predict future behavior, and make robust data models.Work with various organizations and support the growth team.Define, develop and produce comprehensive methodologies and analytic plans for existing and new initiatives.Design, implement, and oversee the automation and interpretation of models and reportsWork with various sources of messy data to extract insights and models.Initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. Work on multiple projects in parallel and adapt to changeEssential Skills and Competencies:A Masters degree in Economy, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or similar fields.Solid knowledge of statistics and machine learning algorithms including A/B testing, regression, Baysian methods, trees, random forest, SVM, deep learning, etc.Professional in SQL, and pythonExperience with big data modeling preferred but not requiredFamiliar with Tableau and/or PowerBIStrong business acumen.Good communication skills is essential.Ability to provide actionable insights from the data.
