The Opportunity:

As a RFP Writer, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize education. In this role, you will create and edit proposals in response to RFPs from potential clients. 

Job Type: Part-Time, Contractor - Potential to go full-time

What You'll Do:

  • Research and understand the requirements of each RFP to ensure compliance and alignment with Braintrust Tutors' services.
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that highlights our unique selling points and demonstrates our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and other team members to gather necessary information and insights for the proposals.
  • Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and meet the quality standards set by Braintrust Tutors.
  • Maintain a library of proposal content and materials for future use and continuous improvement.
  • Track RFP responses and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and optimize the proposal writing process.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in writing RFPs or similar proposals in the K-12 space.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the education industry and tutoring services is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Google products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
