In this role, you will:

• Develop cutting-edge data pipelines, optimization, and simulation models to design and operate our global supply chain efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to gather inputs and understand business processes
• Utilize operations research methodologies to solve complex business problems and provide insights to leadership teams
• Interpret results from models and develop clear, concise inferences to influence decision-making with senior leadership teams

About You

• 4-year degree in quantitative disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
• PhD or MS in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in retail supply chain or equivalent domain experience
• Demonstrated industry experience in probability, statistics, optimization, and simulation
• Strong experience in SQL and programming in Python or R
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain concepts, including forecasting, inventory planning, optimization, and logistics
