We're seeking a seasoned Senior College Admissions Consultant to join our team, guiding students through the application process and helping them achieve their academic aspirations.

About the Role

• Collaborate with students from grades 6-12 to develop compelling application documents and strategies
• Provide personalized guidance on school selection, essays, resumes, recommendations, interviews, and admissions processes
• Identify optimal universities for individual students, aligning with their background and goals
• Support students in project planning, timeline management, and effective application submission
• Stay up-to-date on the latest college admissions trends, programs, and best practices

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Admissions Committee experience, preferably with an Ivy League institution
• A degree from a top Ivy League School
• 7+ years of experience in education, specifically in admission consulting or coaching
• A Master's Degree
• A passion for coaching students and young adults
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong English, reading, writing, and editing skills
• Expertise in project management
