The App Store has revolutionized the way people connect with apps and games, serving over 650 million users weekly and facilitating over $1 trillion in developer billings and sales annually. As a Senior Editor, you'll helm App Store Special Projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class user experiences and drive engagement through innovative content, including text, art, and video.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the ideation, pitching, planning, and execution of pivotal global initiatives, such as WWDC, App Store Awards, and new product launches
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Video, and Production partners across multiple countries and timezones to deliver high-pressure projects with tight deadlines
  • Develop and lead editorial plans for large campaigns from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and extraordinary content that drives user engagement
  • Articulate, present, and collaborate on comprehensive content and programming plans with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience building and leading editorial plans for large campaigns from ideation to launch
  • 5+ years of experience managing all stages of a daily digital content production cycle
  • 5+ years of related work experience in digital, UX, or creative production
  • High-level ability to articulate, present, and collaborate on comprehensive content and programming plans with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Creative, collaborative, and resourceful, with a deep passion for the Apple brand, Apple products, and mobile technology
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
