In this high-profile role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, Creative, and Product, to develop and execute site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, and always-on programs. Your data-driven approach will inform strategies, uncover areas of opportunity, and drive continuous performance improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading content page updates on the website's upper funnel and managing day-to-day site experience
• Coordinating with content execution teams to plan and prioritize projects
• Collaborating with stakeholders to create site experiences, ensuring accurate messaging, timing, and capabilities
• Analyzing and monitoring page performance and user behavior to inform site strategy
• Developing a deep understanding of site visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships

We're looking for a talented individual with:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in eCommerce
• Experience in content creation, eCommerce site merchandising, and project management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to think innovatively, manage ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities
