Position Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and referring qualified candidates to our clients. You will leverage your exceptional communication and sales skills to understand client needs, identify top talent, and facilitate successful placements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly individual production goals and consistently meet or exceed performance targets
2. Identify and engage with individuals seeking employment, building a robust network of potential candidates
3. Match candidate skills, education, and qualifications with job openings, ensuring the best possible fit
4. Present job opportunities to candidates, highlighting the features and benefits of each role
5. Submit candidate referrals for review and consideration, ensuring timely and efficient placement processes
6. Maintain accurate records and submit required reporting information in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Education and Computer Skills:
