We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel professional to manage domestic travel arrangements, ensuring cost efficiency and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our afterhours Corporate Travel team, you will utilize your expertise in SABRE GDS to drive success and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-related information
• Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings
• Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies
• Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications
• Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients
• Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity

Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule with potential shift availability between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST, including at least one weekend day or evening shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years
• Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience
• Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS are required
