Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.
• Verify that all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with associate therapists and the leadership team to address any issues related to documentation quality and compliance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance the quality of documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all documentation reviews, feedback provided, and corrective actions taken, generating reports on the overall quality of documentation and compliance levels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry changes and inform the team about any updates affecting documentation requirements, ensuring that our team remains at the forefront of best practices in behavioral health.
