Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not required - we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
