Remote Project Manager Opportunity - Eastern Time Zone

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing patient and health-related data migration, governance, data cleansing, data export, APIs, and enterprise data modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP, as well as exceptional communication skills and experience working with project management tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, scopes, risks, and lead project status meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and stakeholders
• Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, and capacity plans
• Ensure adherence to standard program and project tools, metrics, and best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects
• 5+ years of experience working as part of an enterprise PMO
• Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements and familiarity with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management, or claims processing
• Strong communication, IT, budget, and reporting skills
• Proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software
