About the Role
We're looking for a talented individual to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support our retail operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering legendary customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers
- Driving sales through active selling, product knowledge, and guidance
- Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Operating cash registers, handling customer transactions, and executing cash handling procedures
- Supporting inventory and order fulfillment, including receiving and processing merchandise
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and building relationships

Requirements

- Moderate computer/systems competency and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
- Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required
