Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Provide information about flight schedules, reservations, and policies
- Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
- Handle payment processing and refunds
- Document and update customer records in our CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence

Requirements:
- Located in the United States
