Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction and support to students in a variety of subjects and grade levels
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
• Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits
• Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor
• NJ Substitute Credential and background check (we'll cover the cost)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination
• A passion for education, empathy, and a growth mindset
