That's why were looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach who's ready to drive this transformation, guide our teams, and help us grow in the right direction. This role isn't about maintaining what exists - it's about creating processes, shaping culture, and helping teams grow systematically.
You won't just follow Agile frameworks you'll shape how they work here. Your work will have real impact: from influencing org design and team interactions to rethinking how decisions are made and processes run. You'll be working side by side with leadership and cross-functional teams, driving change where it really matters.
This is a wide playing field:- You'll help lead our journey from chaos to maturity a path that builds true seniority and depth.
- You'll collaborate not only with product teams, but also with platform units, shared functions, and business stakeholders giving you broad exposure and responsibility.
- You'll work directly with decision-makers not just facilitating, but helping steer the course through systems thinking and proactive leadership.
- You'll have everything you need at your fingertips: Jira, Confluence, Miro, dashboards, and AI assistants the infrastructure is in place, so you can focus on meaningful change.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in product teams (IT, fintech, crypto, or trading is a plus).
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and how to tailor frameworks to the business.
- Hands-on experience implementing scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is a strong plus.
- Experience with the OKR framework and connecting delivery processes to business outcomes.
- Track record of launching Agile from scratch and working within large-scale Agile environments.
- Confidence with Agile team metrics and translating them into business value.
- Strong facilitation, group dynamics, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering workflows.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other collaboration tools. Experience applying AI tools to optimize your work is a bonus.
- Certifications like PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, LeSS are a nice plus.
- Russian language is a must.
- Launch and support Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) across multiple product teams.
- Facilitate team rituals: sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, grooming, and demos.
- Implement and adapt Agile metrics (lead time, delivery rate, backlog size/delivery rate, predictability) to match business context.
- Coach and mentor teams through training on Agile practices, story points, planning poker, and backlog refinement.
- Set up collaboration processes across stream-aligned, platform teams, and shared functions, managing team dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, team health checks, and new approaches.
- Launching Agile processes in teams new to Scrum/Kanban.
- Managing multi-team dependencies (e.g., feature and platform teams).
- Driving cultural change: from task-based workflow to Agile prioritization and ownership.
- Working with leadership to align expectations, sync with metrics, and lead change.
- Navigating complex, technical domains like crypto, fintech, and trading.
