We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Member Frontline Cashier to join our team at Sam's Club! As a critical member of our front end team, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service, operating registers, and supporting members through the self-checkout experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions and resolving issues * Operate registers and support members through the self-checkout experience * Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area * Smile, greet, and thank members to create a positive experience * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while prioritizing member satisfaction

Requirements:

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments * Multi-tasking skills * Strong customer service skills * Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately * Problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles head-on
