Program Overview:

* Company: Delta Air Lines * Program Location: Remote (with onsite requirements in Atlanta, GA) * Duration: 2-year rotational program * Compensation: Competitive salary

Rotational Program Structure:

* Year 1: Network Planning or Revenue Management * Year 2: Marketing, Sales, Reservations, or Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and align capacity with demand * Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to drive revenue growth * Leverage data to inform promotion and channel strategies * Improve the travel experience for corporate clients and drive incremental revenue * Develop recommendations for process improvements and cost efficiencies

Requirements:

* Current MBA student with a planned graduation date by Summer 2025 * At least 3 years of post-undergraduate work experience or relevant military experience * Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-team environment * Curiosity about the airline industry and a passion for creative problem-solving
