We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MTSS Math Interventionist to join our team at Lake Forest Community High School District 115 in Illinois. As a key member of our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) team, you will play a critical role in providing targeted math interventions to students, supporting their academic growth and achievement.

Job Summary:

The MTSS Math Interventionist will work closely with students, teachers, and staff to identify and support students who require additional math support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in math education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and maintain ongoing academic plans and behavioral intervention plans for students
• Provide supplemental math instruction to students, either one-on-one or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify students who require MTSS support and develop targeted interventions
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and report on intervention effectiveness
• Maintain accurate attendance records and intervention results
• Participate in ongoing professional development training and collaborate with colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Education, or related field
• Illinois Paraprofessional License required; Professional Educator License preferred
• Prior experience tutoring students in math, preferably in a high school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets, Powerschool, and Schoology
