As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting, focusing on existing clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their dream organizations and careers. You will work closely with candidates to understand their needs and apply your industry expertise to make matches that drive business results.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
• Team-player with a collaborative mindset
• Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology
• Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed
