Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research projects from conception to completion, recommending methodologies, scoping, and coordinating processes
  • Conduct quantitative research, prioritizing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives
  • Partner with qualitative researchers and market researchers to build on each other's work and identify key opportunity areas
  • Facilitate multiple working teams, mentor junior researchers, and advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively to cross-functional partners and tell compelling stories from data

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of experience as a product researcher with a strong portfolio showcasing successful case studies
  • A 4-year degree in Social Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field
  • Expertise in quantitative research methods, analysis, visualizations, and relevant data tools like R/Python and SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to cross-functional partners
  • A strong ability to tell compelling stories from data and balance near-term solutions with long-term vision
