Our client, a leading insurance provider with over 100 years of experience, is seeking a skilled IBM FileNet System Administrator to support their business needs. With headquarters in Chicago, IL, and over 20 US locations, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a stable and reputable organization.

Job Responsibilities

• System Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade IBM FileNet components, manage user accounts and permissions, monitor system performance, and perform backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Workflow Design and Management: Develop and implement custom workflows, define document properties and metadata, and manage workflow queues and performance.
• Content Management: Manage document capture processes, implement document retention policies, and create and maintain search indexes for efficient content retrieval.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, investigate and resolve issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to integrate FileNet with other applications.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IBM FileNet architecture, components, and administration tools.
• Experience with workflow design and development principles.
• Knowledge of database concepts and management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or other related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FileNet P8 architecture and core components.
• Experience with WebSphere application server, Db2, Oracle, and SQL database servers.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and DevOps configuration management.
