Remote Online Notary Opportunity - Overnight Shifts Available

We are seeking skilled and experienced Remote Online Notaries to join our team at NotaryCam, working with clients across multiple states, including Virginia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Montana, Utah, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Oregon, and Wyoming. As a Remote Online Notary, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and legality of remote real estate transactions, working overnight shifts between 11:00pm and 7:00am ET.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the identity of signers using approved remote identification technologies
• Thoroughly review documents to ensure completeness and compliance with legal requirements
• Apply electronic notarial acts, such as electronic signatures and seals, to documents after witnessing the signing process via secure online platforms
• Ensure all notarization procedures comply with state laws and regulations governing remote online notarization (RON)
• Utilize and manage RON platforms and software efficiently, ensuring secure and seamless transactions
• Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through the remote notarization process and addressing any questions or concerns
• Implement and follow strict security protocols to protect sensitive information and prevent fraud
• Stay updated with changes in notary laws, regulations, and technology advancements related to remote online notarization
• Coordinate with corporate professionals, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely completion of notarized documents

Requirements:

• Minimum of six (6) months RON experience
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a commissioned Notary
• Proof of completion of a Remote Online Notarization Basic Training Course
• E&O Insurance Policy (Minimum 100k coverage)
• Must provide a background check (dated within one year)
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and upload speed)
• Windows machine with Intel i5 or i7 processor (or equivalent), 8+ GB RAM, and 512+ GB SSD hard drive
