Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and resolve service inquiries from clients across various platforms, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Utilize computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of specific groups of products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a related customer service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • Demonstrated experience in solving customer service inquiries and providing effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including utilization of a 10-key touchpad
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently
