Customer Care Specialist, FinOps - Remote Opportunity

Join our team as a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, and be the first point of contact for finance-related queries from our valued customers! Smartsheet, a leading cloud-based platform for work execution, is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Care Specialist to work remotely. As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and providing support to our customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries within 48 hours, prioritizing based on customer impact
  • Address customer payment and invoice questions, and assist with desired changes to their accounts
  • Provide support to Smartsheet employees with questions and problems
  • Deliver a great Smartsheet customer experience, resolving difficult challenges diplomatically
  • Ensure quality of work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, ERP systems, and Data Entry
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills
  • Type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy
  • Regular and predictable attendance
