Content Editor - North America (Remote)

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee the execution of evergreen content updates across multiple brands. As a Content Editor, you will play a crucial role in driving success with your expertise in content creation, SEO, and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and post high-quality, engaging content, including operator reviews, on high-value pages while adhering to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Maintain a deep understanding of specific vertical requirements (casino or sports) and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Implement SEO strategies, including keyword integration, meta descriptions, and optimized headlines, to improve search visibility and engagement.
• Utilize our content management system efficiently to create, edit, and publish content, and troubleshoot any CMS-related issues.
• Follow content briefs and produce high-quality content at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Editorial Manager to update and optimize pages, and occasionally produce content briefs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Editorial Manager.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience in editing and writing, with a two- or four-year college degree.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including knowledge of AP style.
• Experience working in WordPress or the ability to learn a new CMS quickly is preferred.
• Past experience writing about the gaming industry and sports betting or online casino is preferred.
• Comfortable writing/editing quickly under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• This is a 100% remote position, requiring a stable, high-speed internet connection and a working cellular telephone.
• Must be available during regular business hours, with occasional evening and weekend work.
• Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion, with occasional travel required.
