As a remote worker, you will play a vital role in cultivating strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and elevating their overall experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on products and services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular follow-ups, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs better and identify areas for improvement in our service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements that could benefit clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and feedback collected to the management team.
  • Provide clients with information regarding new products, services, and updates that align with their needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to effectively serve our clients and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Driven, dedicated, and creative with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software and data management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
