Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments and coordinate phone and office depositions with precision and attention to detail
• Register new patients efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences
• Maintain organized records of appointments and patient information, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling appointments and/or surgeries, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience with insurance processes and requirements, with a strong understanding of medical terminology
• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts, with a reliable and professional approach to work
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare setting, with familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software or tools
• Proficiency in scheduling software or tools, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems
