Project Details

• Project Period: October to December (3 months)
• Compensation:
  • Annotator: $41 per valid audio hour
  • Quality Assurance (QA): $30 per valid audio hour
• Career Progression: Annotator > Quality Inspector > Supervisor (limited positions available)

Key Responsibilities

As an Annotator:

• Carefully transcribe audio according to guidelines and submit your work
• Collaborate on modifications based on quality feedback

As a Quality Inspector (QA):

• Evaluate and enhance the quality of annotations
• Provide constructive feedback to annotators for improvement
• Return low-level errors to annotators for correction without extended assistance

As a Supervisor:

• Receive additional compensation for management responsibilities
• Train new team members on platform operations and procedures
• Answer questions and provide guidance, leading regular review meetings
• Monitor and assess team quality, selecting newly qualified annotators and inspectors
• Assist the Project Manager in managing team dynamics, including notifications, data conditions, and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Native speaker of Bashkir
• Experience in transcription
• Strong reading comprehension skills in English
• Ability to commit 3-4 hours of work per day
