Remote Challenge Analyst - Entry Level (Work from Home) - $70,000/Year

As a Challenge Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and handling all aspects of a project and/or software related to the NC Country Fitness Plan. You will prioritize work, resources, and time to ensure the successful completion of projects and meet business objectives. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships across segments and multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide input on business plans to achieve business goals
• Support implementation efforts by managing assigned tasks and meeting project timelines
• Lead assigned tasks by developing timelines, identifying key milestones, and assigning resources to complete work effectively
• Prepare, file, distribute, and communicate project and member materials
• Assist with the management of internal relationships, processes, and performance metrics
• Identify potential issues that may stall projects and work with management to address them
• Track progress and communicate project status regularly to all impacted parties
• Act as a business advocate and persuade others to see the value of the project
• Coach or mentor others by providing work guidance

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and influencing skills
