Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses through the chat platform
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience
  • Assist card members with account management tasks, including billing inquiries, transaction investigations, and updating account information
  • Offer technical support and guidance to card members experiencing technical issues with their accounts or the website
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to introduce card members to additional products and services
  • Gather and report feedback from card members to help identify areas for improvement in processes and products
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including regulatory and compliance requirements
