Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling. Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
